What this service is

September Reporting is a marketing analytics dashboard. You connect your own Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Ads accounts, and the service displays that data back to you and the teammates you authorize.

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address. We use it only to route you to your workspace and control access; it is never sold or shared.

Marketing data you connect. With your explicit authorization via Google or Meta's consent screens, we access reporting data from your Google Analytics 4 properties, Google Ads accounts, and Meta ad accounts: aggregated metrics such as sessions, engagement, conversions, spend, impressions, and campaign performance. We do not access your Google password, your files, your email content, or any Google service beyond the scopes you approve.

Google Tag Manager (read only). If you connect Tag Manager, we read your container's tag, trigger, and variable configuration to show which tag fires each conversion. We never create, modify, or publish anything in your container.

YouTube. If you connect a YouTube channel, we read the channel's identity to confirm the connection, and — only when you explicitly submit a video through the app — upload that video to your channel as unlisted so it can be attached to your own ad campaigns. We never publish videos publicly, never edit or delete existing videos, and never read your viewer or subscriber data. This app uses YouTube API Services; by connecting a channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies. You can revoke this app's access at any time at Google security settings.

How we use it

Solely to build and display your dashboards and reports, compute the derived metrics shown in them, and alert you about your own data pipeline's health. We do not use your data for advertising, do not sell it, do not share it with third parties, and do not use it to train machine-learning models.

Google user data — Limited Use disclosure

September Reporting's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Where your data lives

All data is stored in Google Cloud Platform (United States): aggregated reporting rows in BigQuery, workspace configuration in Firestore, and OAuth refresh tokens exclusively in Google Secret Manager — tokens are never written to the database, logs, or anywhere else. Access is restricted to the service's own infrastructure and the operator.

Retention and deletion

Reporting data is retained while your workspace is active. Deleting a client workspace permanently removes its database records, its rows from every reporting table, and its stored access tokens. You can also revoke this app's access at any time from your Google Account permissions or Meta's Business Integrations settings, which immediately prevents any further data access. For deletion requests, email the contact above; removal is completed within 30 days.

Cookies

We set only functional cookies: your sign-in session and your dashboard preferences (such as theme). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Changes
